Consider using the pantry on each floor for complimentary snacks after a long day. it’s a nice touch you might overlook.

The Pantry feature impresses with free coffee, fresh cakes, and Tunnocks chocolate, adding a nice personal touch. Rooms have decent amenities, like a small table and a functional kitchenette nearby to grab a quick snack.
The bathroom design is peculiar. glass doors make privacy tricky, and a bright night light shines into the bed area. The TV connectivity was a flop. it didn’t work with personal devices even after mentioning it to personnel. Breakfast options lack variety with cereal service limited and confined to waiter orders, frustrating if one prefers to help themselves. cold food popped up at breakfast, despite the high price for a full English. Cleaning staff barged in unexpectedly before checkout, which turned out to be quite awkward. All in all, the stay had its ups and downs.

We enjoyed a creative workshop with the Botanical Boys, crafting our own terrariums, which was a hit with the kids. The room was spacious enough for our family and the amenities were top-notch, providing the perfect spot to relax after a busy day in London.
My kids wished for a taller safety gate at the entrance since it made them feel a bit uneasy around the stairs. A more accessible play area would have also been great for families.

Family with children delight
Brilliant location right at the train station and the bed was the best I've ever slept in. The pantry had coffee and brownies that hit the spot after a long day out.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but acceptable for the overall experience.
