The bathroom design is peculiar. glass doors make privacy tricky, and a bright night light shines into the bed area. The TV connectivity was a flop. it didn’t work with personal devices even after mentioning it to personnel. Breakfast options lack variety with cereal service limited and confined to waiter orders, frustrating if one prefers to help themselves. cold food popped up at breakfast, despite the high price for a full English. Cleaning staff barged in unexpectedly before checkout, which turned out to be quite awkward. All in all, the stay had its ups and downs.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, which we enjoyed for its cleanliness and great variety of delicious breakfast options. The convenient location near a major train station provides easy access to explore the city.

We enjoyed a creative workshop with the Botanical Boys, crafting our own terrariums, which was a hit with the kids. The room was spacious enough for our family and the amenities were top-notch, providing the perfect spot to relax after a busy day in London.

My kids wished for a taller safety gate at the entrance since it made them feel a bit uneasy around the stairs. A more accessible play area would have also been great for families.

The beautifully decorated room was a delight, and I loved having a stocked pantry with snacks available. The hotel's proximity to King's Cross made travel extremely convenient.

I stayed here for a quick family trip to visit attractions in London. The location is fantastic, right across from St Pancras station, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The room was cozy and had all the essentials we needed. The snack pantry with apples and brownies was a hit with the kids! Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully.

This place is perfect if you're catching a train from St Pancras! We loved our cozy Couchette room, super comfy bed, and the nice shower. The snack bar had some cool treats, but I was bummed about walking to the pantry for tea. a solid choice for a footloose night!
